This notice explains the information FuturePath collects in the current service and how it is used. It is general information, not legal advice.
Information we collect
When you sign in and use the personal planner, FuturePath may store your account email, subject interests, qualifications, location preferences, experience, skills, licences, languages and selected career outcome. When you make an enquiry, we store the contact details and message you choose to provide.
How we use it
Personal career information is used to provide and save your planner and Career Decision Report. Enquiry information is used to respond to your request. If you separately opt in to updates, your contact information may also be used for those updates.
Guest preview and résumé builder
The guest career preview does not save your subject or study selections. Information typed into the résumé builder stays within that browser page and is not uploaded to FuturePath. Download or print the résumé before leaving the page.
Measurement
FuturePath records aggregate counts for a small set of steps such as page views, completed previews and enquiry submissions. These counts do not include names, email addresses, career selections, cookies or advertising identifiers.
Donations and external checkout
If online donations are enabled, checkout opens with an external payment provider. The provider handles the payment and applies its own privacy terms. FuturePath does not collect card details through this site.
Sharing and retention
FuturePath does not sell career-profile information. Data is hosted through the service infrastructure used to operate the site. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security and resolving requests.
Your choices
You can remove saved qualifications in the planner. You may request access, correction or deletion of other stored information, and you can opt out of marketing updates at any time.

A career profile can reveal personal circumstances. Do not include unnecessary health, identity or highly sensitive details in free-text fields. FuturePath career outputs are planning information and not guaranteed employment, admission, registration, migration or financial outcomes.
